is there a possibility to add a team as the subscribers of a workitem please ?

No, you can currently only add users.   It would be a reasonable enhancement request.

I actually created an "Idea" in the Plan Jam about creating this feature, as we miss it from our ClearQuest days....so I followed up with a work item:
