You can change several values at once in the "Browse" filtering (Change ... e.g. "Owner"), is there a way to control this with the "Project Area - Permissions - Configuration - Project / Team Configuration", can´t find it ?

If by "control", you mean disallowing some roles from performing a bulk edit, no, this is not something you can control via Permissions.

@leif.hansson There is no way to control bulk change using permission. Of course if person does not have basis permission of editing that type of artifact, there should be a permission error. Logically as long a user have permission to modify a artifact, it does not matter how he modifies it, from REST, from editor or from table in bulk.

You probably might have some usecase where you don't want someone to allow changing hundred thousands or artifact in one click to something else and spoil the system whereas it is okay to change but one at a time. e.g. Bulk change can happen due to mistake.
Please bring up your scenario and submit Request for Enhancement if that is important for you.

Hi and Thanks for your responses.

Yes, I proposed an improvement, at least a warning should pop up that this feature is a "bulk edit" no filtering.
