Problem define all files as text files

Hi,

I'm trying to define all my files MIME type to text/plain from application/unknown (with extenssion).

I can change one folder but can't change more than two, also can't change it in project level.

In addition, I have XML files without extension and I want to define them with their name but RTC want me to set each file..

Please advice J
