 It seems that it is not possible to submit bug reports for the CLM products without an ICN.


I tried using the link under >Support>Open Service Ticket


Just a suggestion but bug reports are useful for development so it seems like it would be useful if people who find bugs could submit them.

Is this actually possible?

You can always submit a Defect work item on jazz.net.  Just click on MY STUFF and click on "Submit a Bug".

You will not get the same level of support that you would get as a customer with paid maintenance, but it will be triaged by the development team.
