Changing the default work environment allocation to 0%
Is there a way within RTC to change the behavior of the work environment allocation so that it doesn't allocate to every project area a user is added to?
Example, if you have a Project Area with two Team Areas, and a user is already a member of the Project Area, they will automatically be assigned 100% to that project area. If you add them to a Team Area, no matter the role, they will then be allocated 50% to Team and Project Areas. If you continue adding them to additional Team Areas or Project Areas, the percents will be distributed equally on all.
We'd prefer a behavior where no default allocation occurs - they would remain at 0% allocation for all Project/Team Areas automatically, unless they manually alter their allocations.

We currently do not support such behavior. There is already a related enhancement, please help us to add your comments.
