Hi,

As part of the planning and tracking activity, our management is interested in comparing the work allocation percentage ( team wise) and how much of effort has been spent for the week. 

We get the estimate and the timespent value. Now we would like to compare this with what has been allocated for the users and how much actual work has been planned for the users in RTC and how much of work has been spent finally.

Is there a way to get a report of all the work allocation for all users ( somehow to fetch the capacity information)

Hi,

try CCM Reportable REST API https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/ReportsRESTAPI

Work Allocation is available on APT resource https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/ReportsRESTAPI#apt

It was the only way we could get this report.

Thank you. This is very helpful (and should be marked as the accepted answer). I wish that this data was available in RTC without the need to use the APIs and add our own functionality.
