This is my first time using the sandbox, and I quite disappointed. First, I can not create the sample project, so I can not play with the MtM project and see the examples. Second, there is only one artifact type in my RM project, and I need admin rights to create other artifact types. I am trying play with modules and I am very limited by the one rm artifact type.

Can someone help me, or am I missing something?

 Hi Peter.

By default your user is created with only Author permission. You need to go into "Manage this Project Area" (from the cog icon on the upper right), find your user and add more process roles to it to give it permission to create new artifact types and stuff.

On a side note, if you're just looking to try the Modules, you'd probably could work with the type that's already available and just select "Module" as the Artifact Format.
But still, adding more roles to your user will give you more flexibility.
