CRJAZ0969I With Licensing
I am getting following error while uploading licensing keys for client.
Deactivated (CRJAZ0969I The "Contributor" client access license type has been deactivated because too many licenses have been assigned. Unassign licenses until the number of used licenses is less than the number available for this server.)
I have checked that none of my user is having "Contributor" authority.
I have found that just ADMIN (global user) is having "contributor" authority but when i want to change those values.I am getting following error.
Saving user failed. Please see your server log for more detail.
: CRJAZ0709I Cannot update permissions for global user "ADMIN".
I have tried it after logging via a Administrator account..
looking for help from your side...

Can you try updating the ADMIN user from the Eclipse UI, rather than the
Web UI? I believe that you will be able to change the ADMINs CAL
assignments from Eclipse.
How did the ADMIN user get the Contributor CAL assigned in the first place?

Deactivated (CRJAZ0969I the "Test lab manager" client access license type has been deactivated because too many licenses have been assigned. Unassign licenses until the number of used licenses is less than the number available for this server.)
Getting the same error for "Viewer" client access. Otherwise the Quality Manager and Connector licenses are all shown as activated.
