Enumerations table has no data

Hi,

I am using BIRT report to get WI data, i am able to get data from "LIVE_WORKITEM_CNT" table but since the data is enum type, it shows the value as "Der_status_enum.literal.l1". So i tried to pull data the "Enumerations" table in "Workitems Snapshot" but it always shows empty data. I tried to "Update Snapshot Data" but still i dont see any data in "Enumerations" table. Please let me know how to get the enum value.
