Upon CSV Importing work items with their planned for attribute values,
the planned for attribute for the imported work items is not set.
I verified that the Planned For attribute values are present in the CSV Export file.

This issue arises if the Project Area to which the work items are imported,
does not have any current iteration set.
To overcome this issue, edit the target Project Area, and set (or create) an Iteration "as current".
Save you changes: re-run the CSV Import.
