Does anyone know how to use REST to get the traceability links for a requirement? I'm just not seeing any urls or anything in the requirement shape suggesting that link information is available.

You can take a look at the Reporting API, it has traceability links exposed

Awesome, you solved a) my traceability problem, b) my "finding the selected value of a list attribute" problem, and c) made me feel stupid for not digging into the reporting API earlier. :oops:
