How to get JazzSCMproperty - timestamp

We are using RTC3.0.1.1.
For JazzSCMproperty - time stamp, from the GUI(EclipseIDE) that can be displayed ( Repository Files > Show Properties ).
However, we do not know how to get from the CLI(scmtools).

We run "scm property list" command, but output the following property only:
jazz.encoding
jazz.executable
jazz.line-delimiter
jazz.mime

Do you know how to get the JazzSCMproperty-timestamp from the CLI?
Which RTC version supports this property?
