Problems importing a microsoft project plan into RTC 3.0.1

Hi All,
I am having trouble importing Microsoft project plan into RTC 3.0.1. I feel that its a browser issue...it says validating file and teh next button to proceed isnt getting activated. I am using IE7 and Mozilla 12.0
