soft link as a source control artifact

Mark Miller (41118) | asked Oct 24 '08, 8:33 a.m.
I am evaluating migrating our source control from ClearCase to RTC and have found that in some areas we had a soft link checked in as a file element in ClearCase where we wanted a directory known by two different names. When I tried that with RTC it duplicated all the files under the linked directory instead of just making the link an artifact. Is there anyway to make a soft link of a directory into an artifact?
