Cannot import special characters

I cannot import special characters (e.g.: , , , , , , etc). After importing them, I get this "" for all characters.
If I type the characters directly in the requirement body, there is no problem. The problem occurs only after importing.
Is there a way to overcome this and the the special characters imported correctly?
* Jazz and RRC servers are both 3.0.1.2
Thank you

How are you importing them ... in Word or CSV? If CSV, make sure the file is encoded at UTF-8 (if on Windows you may need to load the file into Notepad and save it with the right encoding -- Excel doesn't do it).
If you are importing a Word doc, this may be a bug (I'm not sure; I know less about the Word importer).

It was csv. Opening and modifying the encoding did the trick, as you recommended.
Thank you, Daniel.
