First you need to add your report to the process template then you can edit the dashboard templates to include the report - you may have to do a manual edit of the process template xml to add an ID to the report you created.

Thanks. After adding? the report to the process template, which widget has to be used to include the report? Say, for already deployed reports which exist in the project area, how to include them
