Preventing students from seeing each other's work

We received an inquiry about allowing students to use JazzHub without their being able to see each other's work.

"We wanted to use the RTC for a computer lab where students can upload their work but without copying from each other. I wanted to ask if it was possible to upload files to all members without them being downloaded except by specific users."

Response:

The way we handle this in the academic process so that teams can't see each other's work (and the same basic approach applies for any process template) is to create teams that have their own private stream. Once the team is setup (even if it's a team of 1) the owner creates a new stream with the team area as the owner, when new components are created in the stream you can select "Restrict to members of this team area" to keep it private to that team.

Permissions can also be addressed by role, so that's another way to restrict access.(Access this by going to "Manage project" then the permissions tab)

This sounds useful. Perhaps this can be reformatted into a question and answer pair and the answer can be selected?
