Roadmap bars to infinity and beyond

We've got an RTC project using a Scrum-based template which has been modified to include the Roadmap feature.

Some of the plans in Roadmap view have bars which go to the right forever. I've managed to scroll and adjust the display out to the year 2026, and they just keep going.

We can't find any large estimates or time spent values, and we've verified there are no blocks/depends on circular references in the entire repository.

We're running RTC 3.0.1.1.

Any suggestions on the cause or how to debug this issue?
