RTC Client cannot login failed

I created a project area under sandbox, and tried to use RTC client to login, but it always shows error.

"CRJAZ12471 The request to the server failed. The server returned http error 407 with error text "Proxy Authentication Required."

Anyone met this issue before, can you share the hints?

Try to make sure you are not connecting to RTC server through a web proxy.

Thanks for your reply, but per our network security policy, all Internet access are through proxy server, any suggestion here?

did you configure the proxy in eclipse?

Windows->preferences->general->network connection
