Stefan Havighorst (1111) | asked Apr 12 '12, 4:17 a.m.
Hello,

i tried to set up the Bridge between CQ and RTC.
I used the Instruction i found under: http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0/index.jsp

But when i try to associate a ProjectArea with an CQ-Schema, i get an Error Massage:

Failed to read matching artifact container catalog resource:

Unable to load URL: /ccm/proxy?uri=http://{CQ-Webserver}/cqweb/oslc/repo/lok_gad/, Status: 500

JAZZ DEVELOPER
Please provide more information on what steps you have done successfully and what step you run into this error. What CQ and RTC versions you are using?

I assume that you have successfully set up the cross-server communication from both CQ and RTC, and you were seeing this error from RTC side when adding associated cq user database? What is in the CQWeb WAS SystemOut.log file?

If this is blocking your production env, please open PMR with Rational.

Thanks

Hi,

i'm using RTC 4.0 RC0 and CQ 7.1.2.5.
The Setup-UP of the Cross-server communication was no problem.
But when i try to add an associated CQ user Database i get this Error Massage.
I open the "Add Association" screen and after Choosing my CQ-Web as Application, this error appears.

The SystemOut.log shows the following:
0000006d CqOAuthServle I com.ibm.rational.cm.rest.oauth.servlet.CqOAuthServlet logRequest ClearQuest REST: POST http://{CQ-Webserver}/cqweb/oauth-request-token/lok_gad

This is not blocking our production i just want to evaluate the Bridge.

JAZZ DEVELOPER
Hello

This type of error might occur if the Jazz Team Server and the ClearQuest Web server are hosted on different computers and their system clocks are out-of-sync. Synchronize the two system clocks to resolve the issue.

Please check whether you hit any of the limitations stated in here
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v3r0m1/topic/com.ibm.team.concert.doc/topics/c_cq_bridge_limitations.html?resultof=%22%6c%69%6d%69%74%61%74%69%6f%6e%22%20%22%6c%69%6d%69%74%22%20

Thanks

Hi,

i know i'm a little bit late, but your Last Post was the Solution, there were a time gap of 15 Mins.

Now i can use Every ClearQuest Record as ChangeRequest on an ChangeSet in RTC.
Is there a way to display only the Recordtypes i really want to allow as ChangeRequest?
Actually i can also use Stateless Recordtyps as CahngeRequest.
