Hi,
I understand that if someone subscribe for a workitem, he can get an email whenever there is a change in that work item.

My Question is similar but not the same. Assume that we have severity which is high, low, medium & i am only interested whenever somebody logged a Defect with High Severity then i should get alert by email, or if somebody change the severity from low to high.

is there any possibility, if yes, then HOW??

Check the "user profile -> mail config tab".

Thanks!

I don't think it is possible. Probably you can tweak the code in "Process Configuration Source" tab and get this done.

Thanks!

You can configure your feed viewer (Eclipse Team Dashboard, Web Browser
Feed Dashboard viewlet) to only show you high severity events, but I am
not aware currently of an out-of-the-box way to send email only on high
severity work items.

Cheers,
Geoff
