Unable to save a release
Hi,
following scenario fails in my case: 1. Open process definition 2. Click on Releases sheet 3. Add new release called e.g. Release 1.1 4. Click on Save => an error dialog appears saying I don't have permissions. I'm an administrator and I've assigned Developer role having all the permissions configured. I could find any release related action or permission. Roman |

Hi Roman
The permission can be found in the project area editor, Project Configuration -> Permission -> Work Items (on the right side) -> Save Release (Server) -> Modify Release. Regards Marcel Jazz Work Item team |
Hi,
I've changed the permissions but the problem persists. I'm still getting the permissions error message. This is my process:

Ups, it seems it has cut the code.
Is there any way to attach a file via web interface? For some reason NNTP is not working for me and I must access the forum via the web interface. |
Hi Roman,
i was able to reproduce your problem with the process spec you sent until... I decided to add myself in the list of "project members" (accessible in Project Area editor, under the "Members" label) with a "developer" role. After that I was able to save any new release. Could you try that? Kind regards Philippe Jazz Jumpstart Team |

Ok, that was the misunderstanding. I've defined the roles on team area
level only. Now it works, thanks Philippe! Roman "Philippe Krief" <pjkrief> wrote in message news:4980725B.1040800@fr.ibm.com... Hi Roman, |
