What IBM tools can replace Maven?

Hi

To me, Maven resolved two major issues, dependency management and binary repository, during the build and deployment automation.

Is any IBM tools can provide the same functionality? Can Asset Manager do this?

At least IBM can build the binary management part into BuildForge?
