Getting "server is unreachable" error on initial s
I am running into an issue where as I am receiving the following when I attempt to access the Setup for the first time.
"The server is unreachable. Check network connectivity." I am using the default OOTB ADMIN login.
The following is the environment. I am using a Departmental Deployment on a single machine:
I am using Federated realm for users and I have, to the best of my knowledge, verified and double checked that I set everything up according to the documentation.
Note that I have checked and the checkbox for "Use available authentication data when an unprotected URI is accessed" is indeed selected
Any ideas on how I can resolve this? I can navigate past the initial page, but then I cannot see the URI field on the second page. If I select "Test Connection" the test runs and never completes.
