Login form displays asking user to login in google Chrome.

The issue tends to only display itself when more than one tab is open or being opened. In recent occurrences, it has happened when reviewing data in plans or opening work items to view data, but not necessarily making any data changes.

This has been verified by Admins with Chrome and Firefox and being unable to reproduce it. But many users have witnessed this.

Is there a patch that would fix this issue?
