A custom BIRT report using the Live-Snapshop does not work

Hello,

We have customized the defect WI with a new attribute "fix in" which specifies the correction release. The attribute "found in" specifies the release where the defect is found. Thus both fields use the release.

We have a custom BIRT report template which displays the number of defects (found in / fix in) accross releases. This report works perfectly when it is launched from BIRT. But it does not return the right number of defects when it is incorporated into RTC and launched from a RTC project.

When the report is launched from RTC, we have noticed that the data source Live_Snapshot returns 370 defects, while the data source Workitems_Snapshot returns 500 defects. The right number is 500. We want to use the Live_Snapshot because we need the "itemExtensions.value.itemId" (com.ibm.team.workitem.Workitem table) which is not available in the data source Workitem_Snapshot. Our problem is to get the value of the custom attribute "Fixed In" which reference a release (we have 2 fields which reference a release, but not the same release).

Any information which could help us to understand what is happening would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance
