How can I remove remove a linked defect from TER?

When executing a test script manually, I linked an existing defect but would like to remove that link. How can I do that?

You can remove the defect from the test result, assuming you linked the defect during execution.

if I delink defect from execution can I able to link another defect to a particular step?

 Not for a particular step.  In the Defects section, you can create/add/remove defects for the entire execution result.
