Can not create defect in RTC using RQM

We use RQM V1.0.1 and RTC V1.0.1 and installed on two different machines running on Win XP Professional Edition (SP2). Completed all settings that mentioned in RQM infocenter (http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/rqmhelp/v1r0m0/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.rational.test.qm.doc/topics/t_config_rtc_defects.html) and I was able to get Remote project area and add that RTC project as Defect provider in RQM system properties (green Tick mark is visible). But the remote project area is not listed anywhere in RQM pages even after adding that one as defect provider.

I use two different process template, Eclipse way in RTC and RQM default process template in RQM.

For the Current Value of the Cross Domain Host Whitelist property, I use https://hostname:9443/jazz URL.

When I create a new defect in RQM, The remote RTC project area is not visible (showing only local project that I used for login to RQM) in the defect creating page and also I am not able to change "Filed against" property value (listing only Unassigned value)

Please help me to resolve the issue

Thanks
Bobby

can you confirm that you setup the "system properties" to identify the "defect" repository and ensure it points to the RTC instance .

Thanks
