RQM does support Rational Service Tester version 8.0 and higher. I know it doesn't provide native out of the box support for the other two (iTKO/Parasoft), however I'm not sure if third parties have done such integration.

Is there any documentation available in how to integrate and use Rational Service Testers with RQM? I am looking for a step by step process in how to integrate the tools as well as how to set this up and run correctly within RQM.

Hi,

I suggest you first have a look at RST's infocenter, here: http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/rsthelp/v8r2m0/nav/7_2

It should be enough to get you started.

Another good link to learn about RQM's integration with test tools is:

When I define a SOAP request I define pre-hand what elements need to go in the request and then I populate the elements with the required data..Can you please let me know if I can conditionally include/exclude elements in the SOAP request based on some conditions. For ex: if name is null do not include the name element at all.
