RAF 3.0.0.2 Installed - Error on startup
During startup I am getting an error in the <bfinstall>/log file:
Tue Apr 3 13:51:55 2012: CRRBF1387I: 32506096: Services: Error Authenticating with Automation Framework Services .
Anyone know why and how to fix this? For background, RAF is running on AIX 6.1 with a db2 backend database (9.7) on the same AIX box. Webserver is the prepackaged apache that comes with RAF, but I am using WebSphere 7.0.0.17 for the application server...
Please help!

Hi Derrick,
Have you opened a PMR for this issue? This seems like a very unlikely scenario and we would need to gather logs to figure out what may have happened on your system.

Just created PMR 60224,004,000. Please take a look and let me know if there are other logs that are needed? I try not to send the entire log file, so I just pulled out the repeating error message. And I am positive that I installed the rbf-service war file from the installed 3.0.0.2 PrepForExternal directory.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks...
So I opened the PMR, but have yet to hear from support about what could be causing the issue or what other information is needed...

Hi Derrick,
I was looking at the logs in the PMR and it seems that the older rbf-services.war file is still the app that is processing requests. Can you uninstall and re-install the rbf-services.war file in WAS? This way we can ensure that the older rbf-services.war (and any of its cached files) are replaced with the new rbf-services.war

There was an issue with my instance of WAS - it was not syncing from the DMgr to the Node. Once I got that fixed it was able to sync the new version of the WAR file to the node and things starting working...
