RQM Excel Importer

To export the Excel data to RQM repository, we use Jazz Utility RQM ExcelImporter.

The pre-requisites checked are:
1. MS .Net framework -v2.0 or later(v 1.0 also needed)
2. MS-Excel 2007
3. MS-Office Inter-op assemblies

Steps followed to install the RQM Excel Importer Utility:
1. Checked for all the pre-requisites
2. Installed the Utility
3. Restarted MS-Excel

Installation could be completed successfully. However, RQM menu does not appear in Excel window after installation
When checked in the COM Addins tab, "Mso2Rqm Excel Add-in" seems to be available. However, Load Behaviour says, "Not Loaded. A runtime error occurred d during the loading of the COM Add-in"
Checked Mso2Rqm_Debug.log file which says: 3/30/2012 3:18:50 PM: INFO: : RQMExporter created!

Concerning the same, I've following queries regarding this Utility:
1. Is this Utility sufficient enough to export Excel data to RQM
2. Are the other utilities: RQM Copy & RQM Url Utilities required as well. If so, how to they come in picture with RQM Excel Importer.
3. What are steps taken to create a corresponding cfg file for the excel data
4. Any article explaining the usage of RQM Excel Imported would prove helpful

Sorry enabled macro I mean  in the macro settings the RQM*****.dll should be enabled or disable the macro settings ( keep the security to low).

Ranjith and Girish is right, what's more you also need to give write permissions to registry to this user.
what's more you can take a reference to the samples in the Excel Importer folder.
