Visual Studio .NET support for Team Concert

Hi Kartik,
a lot of my customers especially in the Embedded/Systems Engineering use
Visual Studio.
I think it would be really beneficial if Jazz could support Visual Studio.

Hi all,
I am taking a poll on this topic. I would request you please reply
to this post and what types integrations would be interested in Visual
Studio .NET Environment.
This is NOT a commitment to anything, just to trying to understand the
level of priority on this one.

Kartik
Hi @all,
Jazz and VS? Does it really make sense?
VS Team System:
* Microsoft has a similar thing like Jazz, it is Visual Studio Team System.
* Like Jazz it is perfect integrated in their tools.
Split of our forces:
* When we supported VS with jazz does this mean we will split our focus/forces?
* I would appreciate a perfect Jazz/TeamConcert/Eclipse Integration. This means for me "first things first".
Regards,
Stefan

Hi Kartik.
As Microsoft Visual Studio is the IDE in my company, and the importance of .NET is growing rapidly, I consider these integrations a must have.
Typically, you do not want a developer to switch between his IDE (Visual Studio) and some other environment (Jazz) to "checkout" or "checkin" a file. Also, the build from his IDE (Visual Studio) must not be different from that in Jazz.
These are the most important integrations I can think of right now.
I hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Patrick Oor.
