Error 403: CRJAZ1394E The user ID "" is not a memb

Hello Folks,
I have an account that is correctly defined as jazzuser and is correctly defined via lpar . The account is able to login into RQM v.3.0.1.1 and is able to use RQM but do not appear the Dsshboard ... and when trying to open the Dashboard receive the following error message:
Error 403: CRJAZ1394E The user ID "xxx" is not a member of any Jazz J2EE roles but must be a member of one to access the repository. but must be a member of one to access the repository.

Please make sure that your web.xml file in the RQM web app contains the right profile mappings to the LDAP groups.

The installation wizard creates configuration files for jts and admin, but for rqm, rm and ccm, this configuration will need to be added explicitly, it's ok to use the web.xml in the admin path (<installdir>server\tomcat\webapps\admin\WEB-INF) to set the right mappings.

Look for the contents of the tags <security-role-ref> and <security-role> and you should spot the lines to copy.

Make sure you keep the original web.xml before the LDAP configuration to be able to tell the differences.
