In my two RTC server, the story related viewlet or report can not show anything, anyone know why and how to resolve it?

Can you select parameters e.g. in Dashboards? Are other reports showing data? I would check to make sure you have configured the data warehouse and the data collection jobs are enabled. These jobs run at certain times (during the night) if you shutdown the servers for backup, make sure to change the times.

You can run them by hand as well to find out if data is created. It takes some time to run them.

I confirm this is RTC301 with Oracle db issue.
Try RTC 3.0.1.2, and the problem fixed.....
Waste so much time to research this issue....
