Multiple Data Warehouses in Insight 1.0.1.1

Is there a way to have multiple data warehouses for Insight?
The customer is planning to ETL about 100 CLM projects and I wonder if it would be better to break those into separate databases?
Does anyone have any suggestions/experiences with ETLing that much data?

We have 190 CLM projects in a single data warehouse, and although it took a long time to get the initial data loaded, we haven't had any problems otherwise.

If you don't mind me asking what are your specs for both database and report servers? are you running windows or linux?

We're primarily running Linux. I'll pull together our system specs, including size of our RTC and RQM projects and send them along to you.
