Hello,
yes - from the RTC Client - you may bulk change some attributes - not all.
To bulk change status:
- implement a new query
- on the result layout tab - ensure you display the column of the attribute you want to bulk change
- run your query
- multi-select work items
- right-click the column of the attribute you want to bulk change (ex: status)
- bulk change attribute value

Thanks.
Eric.

Hello,
it's also possible from the WebUI.
Run your query.
On the right-hand side of the page - you'll see an icon like "Edit Multiple Work items"
Click on it.
Then use the WebUI to multi-select work items,
and the attribute change you want to apply to the selection.

Thanks.

If it is a list of work items in the Work Items view, you can select multiple work items and right-click on the field you want to change to change it. You can't mass change work items from a query but you can use the query to find the work items that you want to change.

Did you select the work items? (in the checkbox to the left).

Once the work items are selected, the status values should appear. Select the appropriate status to change the work items to and then click the Run button (the smallĀ  triangle to the right)

Be patient - while testing this morning - I noticed some delay before the status were populated.

If they never show-up, please open a new work item on jazz.
Thanks.
