any report to verify z/os loaded files back to repository?

Is there any report that can be run that can verify if unloaded files are identical to the file back in the repository. This is a enterprise extensions questions. We are storing JCL, PROCs and control cards in RTC and then using a language that does a IEFBR14 (does nothing) but at the same time it copies the JCL, PROCs and control cards out to PDS datasets so they can be used in z/os jobs. This is working fine, but we need some audit report to show that these files were not manipulated in the datasets after the build (i.e. the load)
