User in JazzUsers group in LDAP not in local group -RESOLVED

I have an IBM BlueBroup called swgseit:jazzusers with a few users as members. All but one of the users in this group show up as have JazzUsers role authority in the User Management Web UI. This indicates that the group mappings are setup right. How can I troubleshoot why this one user doesn't map in the Local User repository?

This was user error. I had imported the wrong user from the LDAP server.
