TER owner being changed inadvertently
One of our customers creates the test execution records right after test cases creation and assign them to the tester responsible for test cases execution. However, RQM is changing the owner inadvertently to another user, one who is not even working for the company anymore.
Even though they can manually change the owner on "View Test Case Execution Records" screen, this requires constant checking and duplicated work for the test leader/ test manager.
They're using RQM 2.0.1
Did anyone ever hear about something like this?

I suspect that RQM automatically changes owner. Could you provide a scenario to reproduce this issue?
But why?
What happens is that after some time a TER is created, the owner is automatically changed to the same user with no criteria. This is the process they're following:
1) Create test cases
2) Create test scripts
3) Create TER and assign to a tester
4) Assigned tester executes test case
5) After some time, TER owner is changed to another user, always the same one
It sounds weird. I haven't observed such issue but I trust you. If that is the case, it must be happening at some special activity. Trust me, it can't happen automatically.
Can you check if you do bulk update of TER for some other column value, and it is changing owner filed as well?
That's something I forgot to mention. After the TER are created, they do a bulk update to assign to the owner and after that, the owner field is changed to the first user, as mentioned before.
The user told me that after they fix the assignment, this is not occurring anymore. It seems something specific to the bulk export or related to the TER creation
