support for double-byte character set for a CLM environment

Hi

We would like to understand the impact of introducing support for double-byte character set within our jazz environment. Some initial questions I have are:

1. Do all of the jazz tools (RTC, RRC, RQM) support double byte character set?
2. What would be the hosting implications if this is enabled for RTC and RQM?
3. What would be the hosting implications of enabling this for RRC only?
4. Is there a JTS impact?

The CLM apps and JTS should already be enabled for DBCS. By default we require UTF-8 encoding in the db. Users can simply enter DBCS text for most attributes and it should just work.
