When viewing one or more change sets in the "Change Explorer" view in the RTC Eclipse client, you can use the 'down arrow' at the top right of the view and select "Save Change log...". This will allow you to create a file (or copy the report to the clipboard). Details in this report include the change set name / comments / deliver date, and files that the change set modifies, etc.
