RRC client
Hi,
this might be a really stupid question but i'm really confused! I've installed RTC 3.0.1 server and an eclipse client. Then i created a Lifecycle project and related ccm,rm and qm projects. I'm able to connect to ccm and qm repositories through eclipse and not rm. So, what is the client for Requirement management in RTC? Because if you go to RRC download page, it's the same as RTC downloads! I mean what should i use to create usecases and etc and be able to store them in RTC repository and at the same time track and trace them through project life cycle? RSA? Rhapsody? or a configured eclipse env? |

RRC V3 uses your web browser (FF and IE). There is no Eclipse client.
The RRC license includes the same work item capabilities built into RTC and delivered in the CCM application running in the Jazz Team Server. You can use the RTC Eclipse client to interact with these work items. |

HI All,
I Created a CLM Suite of Formal Project template. Where I'm trying to attach a file to a Defect in RTC but i'm unable to attach, where it is showing an error like " Permission is Required ". Where Project manager is the access given to the current project. Here is the attachement |
FYI: This help topic includes also a "show me" video (takes a few minutes to load) on managing project properties in RRC, if you have project administrator privileges.
