our client come up with new Source Control product which is IBM Rational Team Concert (Latest Version).

I have tried to get the content how to migrate source from TFS 2008 to IBM Rational Team Concert.
(Please i'm talking about from TFS to Rational Team Concert not the opposite way).

How it is possible to migrate the source code.
Will all the History Maintained in TFS can get migrated to Rational Team Concert if so how?

Will these functionalities get properly migrated into Rational Team Concert from TFS without any work arounds.
