How can I ensure the single-select list is normal in the BIRT report graph when it is published to the RTC

I have made a report by BIRT.

When I preview it ,the input area is single-select.But when i publish it to the RTC.It became multi-select.

is it the bug of RTC?

version of RTC: 6.0.2

type of client:Eclipse 3.6.x& Web(IE 8)

operating system:Windows 7

version of BIRT :2.6.2
