You can download the p2 Install Repository zip from the All Downloads tab.

Use the Eclipse installer (Help -> Install New Software) to install it
into your own Eclipse 3.7 installation. I have done that myself and
have not encountered any problems.

For guidance, take a look at this article in the libary:

I have successfully done it as well with WTP+RTC on a linux 32 bit machine, but i think the same applies to windows.

Official support for Eclipse 3.7 with Installation Manager will come with RTC 4.0. You can see the proposed platform support for CLM 2012 (of which RTC 4.0 is a part of) here.

I have never add any issue using RTC 3.0.1.2 with Indigo.

You ca also create a dropins folder in your eclipse installation directory. After that you can copy "features" and "plugins" folders coming with RTC installation into dropins folder.

Now you have RTC with Eclipse indigo.

I tried both the options - dropin folder as well as importing p2 for 3.0.1.2 in Eclipse Indigo. In both the cases, I get error while it is validating my webapp. Here is the error:

An internal error occurred during: "Loading descriptor for MY-GUI.".
org.eclipse.jst.j2ee.webapplication.internal.impl.WebAppImpl cannot be cast to org.eclipse.jst.javaee.web.WebApp

Any idea what's going on?
