Is it possible to use RTC repository with GIT commands?
i.e., use GIT commands instead of SCM commands on RTC repository.

If you want to use GIT commands, you would have to use GIT and use the existing integration to the RTC work items.

using git commands with RTC repository will not work.  The scm command  tool should be used.
