Discrepancy of Project reporting from widgets

When I display TER records for my project, I see 6 records across two schedules:
http://fshgsa.ibm.com/gsa/fshgsa/home/g/e/gepner/web/public/images/RQM/Test%20Execution%20Records%20Sample.jpg

Schedule 73601 has 4 TERS: One passed, Two failed, one in progress
Schedule 73602 has 2 TERS: One in progress, one not run.

When I review on the RQM or RTC Dashboard, the widget for Execution Status using TER Count, this report correctly reports on all 6 TERs.

However, when I review on the Dashboard, the widget for Execution by Test Schedule or the widget TER Status Counts, only 2 of the 6 TERs are reported - one passed event and one failed event.

How can I change/modify the Execution by Test Schedule report and TER Status Counts widgets to reflect all 6 TERs in my project?

I would check the parameters to make sure that the filtering is identical for each of the reports. I tried this using the JKE Banking Sample project and the three reports seemed to be consistent.
