keywords dragged into test script - bundled into one step

I love the keywords feature, but one complaint, when you add a keyword to an existing script, it bundles all the steps from the script into one step. This defeats the purpose, as the keyword may include steps and validation points- is there a way to have it load the keyword in its original format i.e. multiple steps as opposed to one entry on the new test script ?

when you run a test case that includes a keyword, it only provides on opportunity to report your findings irrespective of whether the keyword included has multiple verification points and / reporting points
