Dashboard sharing in RQM ver 3.0
I would like the team-members to have the same dashboard when they open RQM.
I have created a dashboard and marked it as shared with others, but when my colleges select the shared dashboard their main menu for the functionality in RQM disappears. Is this supposed to happen? Is it possible to mark a dashboard as default dashboard for all users in a project area in RQM? regards Claus |

You can try this: - set-up your quality dashboard, then - drag and drop widgets into mini dashboard, then - drag and drop widgets into one personal dashboard, then - share that personal dashboard, then - tell team members to load that shared dashboard Claus Hjerrild Pedersen selected this answer as the correct answer

I would like the team-members to have the same dashboard when they open RQM. Hi Claus, In RQM 3.0.1 you can only see the user's dashboard from with in RQM. In version 4.0 we are enhancing this to be able to show the project dashboard. See https://jazz.net/jazz02/resource/itemName/com.ibm.team.workitem.WorkItem/54815. There is also an enhancement in place to add support for team dashboards, but that is not currently planned for 4.0. In 4.0.1, RQM has both project and team dashboards, just like RTC.
