Strange issue with one particular user on LDAP import

We have a deployment where we have successfully imported LDAP users in to CLM.

However recently with one user, we found that the name is being displayed as "User Name" instead of her actual name, the user is able to login, perform all activities but her dashboard says "User Name's Dashboard". This is very uncomfortable for the user.

I tried to archive and re-add but i understand that it does not work.

I have looked at all the places but cant get the issue resolved. Has anyone seen this before? Can you please provide me some pointers to troubleshoot?
